Custom presentations, applications, and services can be built using the Skreens API, which supports programmatic control of every aspect of the video session lifecycle. Within a video session, external applications can use a full web/WebSocket API, which will be the focus of this document.

GoLang Scripting

Within a Skreens Studio, Go (Golang) scripts can be used to perform complex live video mixing control/animation, and scripts may be debugged with a provided web IDE.

For those interested in developing their own Skreens experience for their content and customers, a wide library of sample code with common functions and workflows is available to help onboard organizations easily. Professional services are available as needed as well.
